These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YogaFlow, an AI-powered yoga platform. By creating an account or using YogaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your use of YogaFlow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

You must be at least 14 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using YogaFlow, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

YogaFlow provides yoga guidance and AI-generated feedback for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. You practice at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. AI pose feedback may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of correct or safe form.

YogaFlow offers practice time as a credit balance, measured in minutes, which may be granted as a trial or purchased. Practice time is consumed as you use guided sessions.

• Purchased credits are billed at the prices shown at the time of purchase and are subject to any applicable taxes.
• Credits are consumed based on your actual practice time and may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• We may change pricing or plans from time to time; changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

You agree not to:

• Use YogaFlow for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or credits to another person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the platform, its AI models, or its content.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

YogaFlow and all related content — including software, 3D models, pose libraries, audio, text, and branding — are owned by YogaFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial practice. No other rights are granted.

To deliver pose feedback, YogaFlow processes your camera feed to estimate body-position keypoints during a session, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain any rights you have in your own likeness; you grant us the limited permission necessary to process this data to provide and improve the service.

YogaFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaFlow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using YogaFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of YogaFlow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
